{"id":1245,"date":"2026-01-16T14:22:31","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T12:22:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tamsin.fi\/resepti\/green-herb-pasta\/"},"modified":"2026-03-23T15:11:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T13:11:17","slug":"green-herb-pasta","status":"publish","type":"avada_portfolio","link":"https:\/\/tamsin.fi\/en\/resepti\/green-herb-pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"Green Herb Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>approx. 4 servings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Green sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>approx. 150 g bimi<\/li>\n<li>200 g frozen peas<\/li>\n<li>1 shallot<\/li>\n<li>30 g Tamsin (flat-leaf) parsley<\/li>\n<li>30 g Tamsin dill<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice, salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ricotta filling (or substitute with just parmesan\/feta):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150\u2013200 g ricotta<\/li>\n<li>1 dl parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp lemon juice + zest<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp white wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>0.5 dl grated parmesan<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additionally:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>approx. 300 g fusilli (spiral pasta)<\/li>\n<li>1 box Tamsin arugula<\/li>\n<li>Toasted seeds\/nuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pasta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve about 1 dl of cooking water before draining.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Green sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring salted water to a boil. Add the bimi and cook until almost tender. Then add the peas and cook for another moment until just heated through.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the green sauce: add the peas, bimi, chopped shallot, dill, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a blender. Add a little pasta cooking water and blend until smooth and creamy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ricotta filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare the ricotta filling: mix all filling ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste. (You can skip this step if you prefer and simply top the finished dish with parmesan or feta.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assembly and serving:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix the green sauce with the cooked pasta.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the pasta on plates. Top with chopped Tamsin arugula, a dollop of ricotta filling (or crumbled feta\/parmesan), and finish with toasted seeds or nuts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In collaboration with:<\/strong>
