Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.<br \/>\n&#8211; Spread the root vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.<br \/>\n&#8211; Roast in a 200\u2013225\u00b0C oven for about 20\u201325 minutes, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.<\/li>\n<li>Spread a layer of parsley pesto on the bottom of a serving plate.<br \/>\n&#8211; Place the roasted root vegetables on top.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the top.<br \/>\n&#8211; Finish with a generous amount of chopped Tamsin parsley and
