The combination of dill, arugula, fresh peas, and lemon oil makes this salad the perfect companion for grilled food or the star of a picnic. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)<\/li>\n<li>approx. 1 dl fresh peas <\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucumber<\/li>\n<li>approx. 1 dl fresh dill <\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 dl arugula<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 scallion stalks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00be dl oil<\/li>\n<li>juice and zest of \u00bd lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp honey<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and cool. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare the greens: Slice the cucumber and finely chop the scallion stalks and dill. Shell the fresh peas. <\/li>\n<li>Make the dressing: Mix the oil, lemon juice and zest, honey, and salt in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble the salad: In a bowl, combine the cooled pasta, peas, cucumber, dill, arugula, and scallion stalks. Add the dressing and mix well.
