lemon<\/li>\n<li>80 g cold-smoked salmon<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 tbsp finely chopped Tamsin dill<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Measure the yogurt into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice from half the lemon, and add both to the yogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Finely chop the cold-smoked salmon and Tamsin dill, and add them to the yogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Season with a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Let the filling rest in the refrigerator for 15\u201330 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Assembly: Potato Flatbread Rolls<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potato flatbreads<\/li>\n<li>Hot-smoked salmon, flaked<\/li>\n<li>Tamsin crisp iceberg lettuce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Spread the smoked salmon filling on the potato flatbread.<\/li>\n<li>Add flaked hot-smoked salmon on top.<\/li>\n<li>Place a
