Sila oljan genom en sidenduk till en glasflaska.    <\/p>\n<h3>Beurre Blanc-s\u00e5s<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vitt vin<\/li>\n<li>0,5 dl vitvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>5 st dillstj\u00e4lkar<\/li>\n<li>1,5 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>0,5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>100 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koka f\u00f6rst en buljong av l\u00f6k, vitt vin, vin\u00e4ger och dillstj\u00e4lkar. L\u00e5t buljongen sjuda in till ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften av den ursprungliga m\u00e4ngden. Sila bort l\u00f6ken och dillstj\u00e4lkarna. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och mj\u00f6lk. Koka upp blandningen och vispa slutligen ner sm\u00f6ret, till exempel med en stavmixer. Kontrollera saltet till sist. S\u00e5sen ska vara n\u00e5got \u00e4ttikssyrad och sur. Dilloljan och den feta oxbr\u00f6stet balanserar smaken.       <\/p>\n<h3>Oxbringa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 kg inhemsk oxbringa<\/li>\n<li>1 morot<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 palsternacka<\/li>\n<li>5 svartpepparkorn<\/li>\n<li>1,5 l vatten<\/li>\n<li>2 msk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skala och sk\u00e4r rotfrukterna. L\u00e4gg dem tillsammans med k\u00f6ttet och v\u00e4tskan i en stor ugnsform\/gryta. Du kan ers\u00e4tta en del av vattnet med r\u00f6tt vin.
