Fresh Finnish salads and herbs lighten the Finnish diet in a delicious way.
Our products include fresh and crisp iceberg lettuce, traditional butterhead lettuce, sweet frisée, flavorful arugula, aromatic dill, and tasty parsley. We started growing arugula in 2018. The distinctive arugula with its Italian twist was immediately well received in the market.
Fresh to your table
Our salad harvest brightens the table as professionals pick and deliver it daily from our greenhouse. We pack our products in plastic packaging to keep them undamaged and fresh all the way to your table. You can dispose of the packaging as energy waste or recycle it. By packing products properly, we minimize waste. Our latest innovation is biodegradable plastic packaging, which we already use for some of our products.
Product storage
All our products are best stored cold at +2 to +5°C, preferably in a sealed plastic bag and away from plants that produce high levels of ethylene, such as bananas and tomatoes.
