We are a major employer in the municipality of Teuva. We have approximately 70 permanent employees, and in addition, dozens of young people from the local area come to our farm for summer jobs and to help during peak seasons.
Our skilled and committed staff is our most important resource. We provide them with training on occupational and product safety, workers’ rights, and hygiene matters. All our employees hold a hygiene passport. To reward them for positive results, we established a staff fund as part of our performance-based pay system in 2017.
Our skilled professionals ensure that Finnish dining tables always have fresh, green salads and herbs available.
