Coriander Quark and Smoked Salmon
Coriander Quark
- 1 package Tamsin coriander
- 2 dl quark
- 2 dl plain yogurt
- grated lime zest
- salt
Chop the coriander with a knife. Add the chopped coriander to the quark and yogurt. Season with grated lime zest and salt. If the quark feels too thick, you can thin it with lime juice.
Serve the coriander quark as a side with smoked salmon.
