Grilled Heart Lettuce, arugula-flavored mayonnaise and Fried parsley potatoes

Herb oil

  • ½ bunch of Tamsin parsley
  • ½ container of Tamsin Arugula
  • 3 dl oil
  • salt

Finely chop the parsley and arugula. Mix the oil and salt together. Add the chopped herbs.

Grilled heart lettuce

  • 1 Tamsin head lettuce / diner

Remove the outermost leaves from the head lettuce. Cut in half and dip the heart portion of the lettuce in herb oil. Grill quickly on a hot grill, being careful not to burn the lettuce too much.
