Herb Butter Log

Herb butter goes well with many types of food. Make a log or a few at once for the freezer and slice portions as needed from the frozen butter. Try different herbs with garlic, chili flakes, or other dried spices. For fish, you can use arugula and dill as herbs; for chicken, beef, and pork, parsley and flat-leaf parsley work well in addition to arugula.

15 servings

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 dl Tamsin Parsley, chopped
  • 1 dl Tamsin Arugula, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves

Place the butter in a bowl. Chop the parsley and arugula with a knife on a cutting board. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix the butter, herbs, and garlic together with a disposable glove on your hand, shape into a log between plastic wrap, and place in the freezer. Slice portions as needed.
